RainLab
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
RainLab is an offline educational rainfall-runoff experiment lab. This policy explains what the app accesses, stores, and shares.
No account or network service
The app does not require an account, connect to a Cognerva server, or send simulation inputs, results, or device identifiers to Cognerva.
No personal data collection
RainLab does not request microphone, camera, contacts, location, or photo access. It is designed without advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking systems. Cognerva does not collect personal data through the app.
Local simulation and exports
Simulation state and results are computed on the device. When you choose CSV or JSON export, iOS presents the system share sheet and the destination you select controls where that copy goes. Cognerva does not receive exported files.
Your control
- Run, reset, and compare experiments without signing in.
- Choose whether to share an exported file from the iOS share sheet.
- Delete RainLab to remove its local app data from the device.
